Can I Remove The Restrictor?

Comments: I was wondering if it is possible to take the restrictor out of the stock muffler on my Nitro RS4. I was wondering whether it would enhance the performance?

Response: I'm assuming you are talking about the baffle in the muffler. Yes you can take it out. It will increase the exhaust flow a little bit and will increase the performance of your engine. Your engine will get a little louder.

I would recommend that you get an actual tuned pipe and header when you can afford it. You will notice a much larger increase in performance with this upgrade.
