What Tuned Pipe For A .16 Engine?

Comments: I have a maximum MT RTR from DuraTrax and I love it. I would like to get a tuned pipe for it. The only problem is DuraTrax does not offer a tuned pipe hop up and the engine that comes with the Maximum MT is a .16. To the best of my knowledge there are only .12 to .15 and .21 tuned pipes. What tuned pipe shoud I use?

Response: You are fine to use any brand of tuned pipe that is designed for up to a .15 for your .16 engine. Don't use a .21 pipe as the volume will be too high for your application. There are many tuned pipe manufacturers such as Paris, HPI, and CVEC. Get a well known brand name for a .15 engine and you will be fine.
